Terms of Service

By using Travelhour (the "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Travelhour provides curated travel itineraries, walking routes, and place discovery. Content is informational — verify opening hours, ticket prices, and operating status with the venue directly before traveling.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. One account per person.

Pro is sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancel from your App Store / Play Store account settings — we cannot cancel for you. Refund requests go to Apple / Google per their policies.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the Service in bulk
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with the Service's normal operation

Place information and historical context on Travelhour is adapted from Wikipedia and Wikivoyage under CC BY-SA 4.0. Photographs are sourced from Wikimedia Commons and Pexels under their respective licences. Routing data comes from OpenStreetMap via Mapbox.

Travelhour is provided on an "as-is" basis. We don't guarantee that places will be open, accessible, or accurately described. Walking directions are estimates — use your own judgement on routes and safety. We're not responsible for missed flights, closed venues, or unexpected costs.

To the extent permitted by law, Travelhour's total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You can stop using Travelhour and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes is acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Travelhour is established. Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction's courts.
