How do I cancel my Travelhour Pro subscription?

Pro is billed through Apple App Store / Google Play. Open your App Store or Play Store subscription settings to cancel — Travelhour cannot cancel on your behalf. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep Pro access until then.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app → Profile → Settings → Delete account. Your data is wiped from our servers within 24 hours. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first via the App Store / Play Store, or it will continue to renew.

Why is my city's itinerary blank?

We hand-curate the 10 destinations Travelhour ships with. If your city isn't in that list, the app falls back to algorithm-generated stops from Wikivoyage and Wikipedia, which can be sparser. We're adding new curated cities every month — email us with a request and we'll prioritise.

Can I use Travelhour offline?

Partially. Cached pages (cities you've already loaded) work offline. Live navigation needs GPS but doesn't need a data connection once the route is fetched. Full offline city packs are a Pro feature in development.

How do I report a wrong place or opening hours?

Opening hours come from OpenStreetMap — anyone can edit them. If you see a wrong entry, the fastest fix is editing it on openstreetmap.org. For place names or descriptions (sourced from Wikipedia), edit the Wikipedia article directly. Or email us and we'll route the fix.

Do you sell my data?

No. See the Privacy Policy for what we do and don't collect — we sell none of it.

My App Store / Play Store purchase isn't showing as Pro.

Open the app → Profile → "Restore purchases". This polls Apple / Google for your subscription and re-syncs your Pro entitlement. If it still doesn't work, email us with your order ID — we'll fix it.
